USA, Canada and New Zealand Travel Updates

Some countries have updated their pre-departure observed testing requirements:

  • USA - Starting from 13 June 2022, all fully vaccinated travellers are no longer required to take the Observed Antigen test prior to departure. Travellers need to show proof of the covid vaccination certificate. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are not allowed to enter the country unless you have an exception, US Citizens, US Nationals or US Permanent Residents.

 

  • CANADA - If you are fully vaccinated, you not required to take the Observed Antigen test before your travel date. However, you still need to show proof of your covid vaccination certificate. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are not allowed to enter the country unless you have been granted with an exemption. 

 

  • NEW ZEALAND - Starting from 21 June 2022, all fully vaccinated travellers are no longer required to take the Observed Antigen test before your travel date. If you travel before then, you still need to take the test and show proof of a negative test result. You are also required to show proof of your vaccination certificate. If you are not fully vaccinated, you are not eligible to enter the country. 

 

REFUND POLICY:

As our test kits are medical in nature, they are excluded from refunds as per our refund policy. For purchases made up to two weeks prior to the announcement (purchased on the 27th of May or later) we will refund you the cost of your observation. Our test kits and services can be used at any point in the future for any suitable travel.

Please cancel your appointment if an observed test is no longer required for your travel. You will be able to amend or cancel your appointment through the link in the appointment confirmation email you received when you purchased your test.
